  1. Enrollment & Course Access
    • Upon successful payment, students will receive an enrollment confirmation via email within 24-48 hours.
    • Course materials and access credentials for online/hybrid programs will be provided via email.
    • In-person training details, including schedules and locations, will be sent at least 48 business hours prior to registration.
  2. Payment & Billing
    • Payments must be completed at the time of enrollment through our secure payment gateway.
    • We accept Money Orders, Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, Stripe, and Square for in-person transactions and Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, Stripe, and Square for online transactions.
    • Payment plans (if available) must be followed as per the agreed terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension from the course.
    • There is a $5.00 per day late fee on All Program Payments.
  3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school’s administration.
    • Full refunds are available if the request is made at least 3 days after registration.
    • Partial refunds (minus mom-refundable administrative fees and/or fees for the amount of class time attended) may be provided if the request is made within the time frame of the class.
    • No refunds will be issued after the 3rd week of class.
    • In the event a course is canceled by the school, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
  4. Course Material Fulfillment
    • Digital materials (e-books, handouts, etc.) will be available for viewing at least 48 hours after enrollment.
    • Physical materials (if applicable) will be available to pick up within 5-7 business days after enrollment confirmation.
    • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet technical requirements for accessing online materials.
  5. Certification & Completion
    • Students who successfully complete the course will receive their certification within 10 business days after the final exam.
    • Certificates will need to be picked up in person.

  7. Policy Updates
    • This fulfillment policy is subject to change. Updates will be posted on our website, and students will be notified via email.
